Your Pilates Teacher
I've always loved movement. With a background in martial arts and high intensity workouts, I truly appreciate the restorative benefits of Pilates on the body.
Also, having spent many years in desk-jobs and going through pregnancy and post-partum, I have experienced the many other ways Pilates can be such a powerful practice for building strength, improving posture, toning the body, and increasing mind-body connection. That's when I committed to becoming qualified to teach Pilates, I now hold a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Mat Pilates, and I'm currently studying the advanced Level 4.
My mission is to share this wonderful practice with you and help you get the most out of it, wherever you are in your fitness journey.
